Valerie Aflalo Freij is the founder and designer behind the brand Valerie. With roots in both Sweden and France, she has managed to create a collection where the interplay bewteen a minimalist Scandanavian look and a Southern European affection for detail adds up to perfect harmony.


Valerie's collection embodies modern femininity and natural elegance. Valerie is the given choice for a dynamic woman who is confident enough to affirm her femininity and refuses to give into dull everyday. Valerie's clothes are intelligent and easy to wear, sometimes sexy but never provocative. Plain-coloured garments decorated with sequins, ribbons and laces are mixed with patterned silk. The material used include silk chiffon, silk satin, silk dupion, silk duchesse, cotton and wool. Dresses and skirts form the base of the collection.
